This recipe for those who loved red beans. By the way, for this recipe, it is wise to use red beans produced in Taiwan as it gives a strong, fragrant flavour as compared to those produced in China.
[b]Ingredients[/b]
* 300 whipping cream
* 200g milk
* 60g granulated sugar
* 8 pieces gelatine,
* 15g red beans
[b]Cooking Methods[/b]
1. Heat whipping cream and milk in pan until boiling.
2. Then add sugar and mix until dissolved.
3. Add well-soaked gelatine pieces (pls see previous article on it) and stir until evenly mixed.
4. Remove and cool completely
5. Place some red beans in a mould and pour the mixture into the mould.
6. Chill for about 1 hr.
7. Ready to serve. :P

Gelatin is an animal product that acts as a thickening agent. Remember this is not suitable for Vegetarians. It is extracted from animal bones and is pure protein. It is often used in desserts and mousses. Actually there are two kinds of gelatine - Gelatine pieces or Gelatine powder. But how to use it?
[b]Gelatine Powder [/b]
- Soak gelatine powder 4 or 5 times the proportion of cold water until softened.
- Heat in a double-boiler along with the soaking water until well dissolved.
- Ready to use. Remember to follow recipe.:)(eg. like adding to the juice and mixed well over mediumt heat)
[b]Gelatine Pieces [/b]
- Soak the pieces in ice water until softened, squeezed out and drain out excess water.
- Heat in a double-broiler until melted, then use.

Pineapple can aid in digestion and help to keep the skin clean. Then enzyme bromelain, which can be extracted from pineapples, has been shown to be effective in treating blood clots that may lead to thrombosis.But people who have the history of stomach ulcers should not take pineapples as pineapples have a high acid content.:rolleyes:

* 500ml water
* 20g gelatine powder
* 2 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 tin pineapple ring
[b]Cooking Methods[/b]
1. Bring sugar, water and gelatine powder to a boil in a saucepan till sugar and gelatine have dissolved.
2. Lower the heat and bring to boil for another 5 mins.
3. Add lemon juice and bring to a boil.
4. Remove from heat and our into a moulds.
5. Put in pineapple rings and leave aside to cool.
6. Put the moulds into fridge.
7. Ready to serve.
